Customer Service Claims Officer

The Company
This national insurance organization requires TWO Customer Service Claims Officers! These newly created roles are designed for people who have strong knowledge of cars. This company is looking for someone who is a car enthusiast! This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to make this role their own!

The Salary 40K + Super

The Role
Reporting directly to the Customer Team Leader, your role will involve:
  • Dealing with all incoming calls related to product performance
  • Dealing with a high call volume call centre, working with claims for vintage and luxury vehicles owners.
  • Dealing with general customer service enquiries
  • Ad hoc administration
Your Profile
You need to have a strong passion and knowledge of cars! If you have previous customer service experience that would be ideal but NOT required. This organization wants someone who is willing to learn and is looking for long term employment. Referee Appointments Officer

The VRU is seeking expressions of interest from a suitable person to perform the duties, on either a part time or contractual basis, of Referee Appointments Officer for the 2010 Season. Remuneration will be involved.

The duties required to be performed are as follows:
  • In conjunction with and under direction from VRU Community Rugby Manager:
  • Arrange the weekly distribution of Referee appointments for club and school fixtures, both Senior and Junior.
  • Maintain a register of all referee contact details.
  • Maintain a record of all availabilities, including individual location & time restrictions.
  • Act upon and implement changes during the week to Appointments caused by late withdrawals and changes to the fixtures schedule.
  • Liaise with referees, clubs & schools regarding issues of match appointments and associated issues.
  • Process claims for payment of referee reimbursement costs.
The VRU requires the person to be available within the VRU Office for four hours each Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 1pm a total of 12 hours per week commencing from Wednesday 10 March and finishing 10 September.

The VRU is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person, with good inter-personal and communication skills, coupled with proficient computer/IT skills.

You will have a thorough understanding of the technical aspects required when dealing with key suppliers and field operators. You will have bright personality with an excellent skill set. You will have an excellent telephone manner and the drive to make this role your own. Experience working in a similar role will be highly regarded.
